About Breakwater Condo 1

This bright corner unit is nice and open, while still having definite spaces within the condo.

Walk into the kitchenette, with a small fridge, four burner stove, coffee maker, toaster, and a microwave. To the right is the good sized bathroom, and then straight ahead is the bedroom area. With a queen sized bed, full sofa, and large armchair, there are many places to sit and relax while you watch TV, read a book, look at the coastal view, or just turn on the electric fireplace and spend the day in your own thoughts.

More About Breakwater Condo 1

This condo has a private deck with nothing in site except the trees of the coast. Further along are the cabins of the resort as your nearest visible neighbors, but you have a large, private space to relax while you stay in Condo 1.

These units are dog friendly, so feel free to bring Fido down to the coast with you! A dog fee per dog per day will apply. We even supply blankets for Fido. We are dog lovers, too.

There are lots of amenities here in the complex including pickleball, fire pit, beach access at Grayland State Park to the south and Ocean Spray Beach Resort to the north; both only a half mile away. Plus barbeque, clam guns, clam cleaning station, crab cookers, outdoor showe, and more to come.

About Grayland & Westport

Try to not tire yourself out at the resort too much, as the towns of Grayland and Westport have much to offer as well! There are many museums to visit (including the International Mermaid Museum), see how cranberries are grown, or walk through Westport and stop into the little shops for gifts or ice cream. If you'd rather hit the open water, join a whale watching tour or charter a fishing boat to test your luck and spin your tales!
