About Breakwater Condo 6

Condo 6 (formerly Condo 11 until 3/23/23) is a comfy and bright room for two people. Relax on the large queen sized bed next to the slider, watch TV, or whip up a meal in the cutest kitchenette ever! Fridge, four burner stove, microwave and coffee maker. What more do you need for an easy vacation?

This room's door is tucked into the corner of the complex. This adds privacy and reduces noise coming from the front of the condos. You still face the dunes and have the same great view. A win-win scenario.

This unit looks like it could have come out of your grandmother's house, with the cozy bedcovering, cute sofa, and air of relaxed happiness. But don't let that fool you. This is a totally updated unit with modern amenities. Come in, put your suitcase down, and let everything else slip away for a few days.

These units are dog friendly, so feel free to bring Fido down to the coast with you! A dog fee per dog per day will apply. We even supply blankets for Fido. We are dog lovers, too.

There are lots of amenities here in the complex including pickleball, fire pit, beach access at Grayland State Park to the south and Ocean Spray Beach Resort to the north; both only a half mile away. Plus barbeque, clam guns, clam cleaning station, crab cookers, outdoor shower, and more to come.

About Grayland & Westport

Try to not tire yourself out at the resort too much, as the towns of Grayland and Westport have much to offer as well! There are many museums to visit (including the International Mermaid Museum), see how cranberries are grown, or walk through Westport and stop into the little shops for gifts or ice cream. If you'd rather hit the open water, join a whale watching tour or charter a fishing boat to test your luck and spin your tales!
