Tiverton Condo #7
About Breakwater’s Tiverton Condo
This is so comfortable for friends or a family. A chaise lounge on the sofa, twin over twin bunk beds in the living room, a table and four chairs, plus a queen sized bed in the bedroom make this a remarkably nice place to while away a few days. Bring back your memories of calling out, "I have dibs on the top!"
Tiverton Condo has a large kitchenette with ample storage, a table and chairs in the roomy living room, and many board games to play.
If the weather turns, entertain yourself in the room, and turn on the electric fireplace for an even cozier feel.
Why the name "Tiverton Condo"?
The city of Tiverton, Rhode Island was the birthplace of Captain Robert Gray. Originally part of Massachusetts, Tiverton was annexed to Rhode Island by Royal Decree in 1746. It is now a resort and beach area on the Island of Rhode Island, also known as Aquidneck Island.
Reviews
We had an awesome time there for the weekend! We enjoyed the beach being 200 feet away from our motel room! There were even bunk beds if you have kiddos! HIGHLY recommend if you need a relaxing getaway!– JerikaMore about Breakwater’s Tiverton Condo
Tiverton Condo has a great view toward the dunes, and a large enough cooking area to bring in your own catch-of-the-day and prepare it right in your own condo. Sheets, blankets, towels, even beach towels are all provided for you.
These units are dog friendly, so feel free to bring Fido down to the coast with you! No more than two dogs, please, with our typical per dog, per night fee. We even supply blankets for Fido. We are dog lovers, too.
About Breakwater Inn Cottages & Condos
This intimate resort has been here for years, the well-kept secret of a select few guests who valued the peaceful, quiet environment and the nostalgic décor.
With nine crafty condos and five homey cottages, you and your family and friends can create the perfect getaway for yourselves. Need a place where you can host a good-sized group? Talk to us. Each cottage or condo can accommodate 2 to 6 people and, if an event space is needed, the Grayland Community Hall is less than a half mile from the property.
Each cottage and condo includes a kitchenette, with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils, so it's easy to whip up breakfast for the group.
Beds are just right for diving into after a long day at the beach, enjoying a whale watching tour or exploring the shops and restaurants in nearby Westport.
Breakwater is a self-check in property. No manager is onsite, but staff are available by phone for service.
About Grayland & Westport
Try to not tire yourself out at the resort too much, as the towns of Grayland and Westport have much to offer as well! There are many museums to visit (including the International Mermaid Museum), see how cranberries are grown, or walk through Westport and stop into the little shops for gifts or ice cream. If you'd rather hit the open water, join a whale watching tour or charter a fishing boat to test your luck and spin your tales!
